What the pool is
Each month Reward My Data, a public benefit corporation sets aside a pool of money (for example $300) and splits it equally among every member who contributes a verified receipt in every week of that month. It is a reward for contributing, paid in Data Rewards (DR). There is no drawing and no element of chance: every qualifying member gets the same share.
Who qualifies

Members in good standing, 18 or older, who live in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, with a complete profile.

At least one receipt verified in every week of the month. A receipt counts toward the week of the date printed on it, as read by the app.

Receipts that are rejected, flagged, still under review when the pool is paid, or added from the photo library do not count.
•
One share per person. Duplicate, automated or shared accounts are disqualified, and shares paid to them are reversed.
The weeks of a month
A week runs from Monday 12:00 am to Sunday 11:59 pm Eastern Time, and belongs to the month that contains its Thursday. A week that straddles two months counts toward whichever month holds at least four of its days, never both. The Me tab shows which weeks of the current month you have covered.
The amount and how it is paid
Each month's pool is announced in the app by the 15th of the month before. The pool is divided by the number of qualifying members. A month may have a per-member cap; if the cap leaves money over, it is added to a later month's pool. Shares are paid as available DR within 10 days after the month's last week ends, at the rate DR are worth in the rewards catalog (100 DR for $1), and can be redeemed for gift cards like any other DR.
DR have no cash value outside the rewards catalog. You are responsible for any taxes on rewards you redeem; if the rewards you redeem in a calendar year reach the IRS reporting threshold, we will ask for a Form W-9 before sending more.
Changes
•
We may change the pool amount, cap or schedule for future months, and will say so in the app before the month starts.

We may skip or reduce a month's pool only before it is announced; an announced pool is paid as announced.
•
Our decisions about whether a receipt is verified and whether a member qualifies are final, subject to the Terms of Service.
